    It’s not that we’re inferior to our married counterparts or that being single is somehow an identity-defining characteristic.  It’s not that our interests are limited to things like shoes, sundresses, and avoiding horrifying first—and often last—dates.  It’s simply that we represent a different point of view.  We have opinions on everything from wine (yes, please) to politics (seriously, Sarah Palin?) to marriage (maybe later).  We make up 26% of the voting population, but only about 52% of us vote.  We have opinions just waiting to be shared.
